The JDK-S-120 is a direct replacement for the EL-S-120, delivering up to 30% lower energy consumption (application dependent) while offering a 30% reduction in overall size compared with the SLL and EL series. Its compact design makes it both lighter and easier to install.

Long Life Expectancy

The JDK-S-120 combines the motor and pump components into a single, compact unit. This lightweight construction and simple operating mechanism ensure reliable, long-term performance.

Using the principle of electromagnetic oscillation, which operates with virtually no mechanical friction, the pump achieves excellent efficiency while minimising power consumption. A soundproof casing and an integrated muffler in the tank base help keep operating noise to a minimum.

Motor and pump components are separated by a vibration-isolating rubber mount, resulting in low vibration levels during operation. The oil-free design ensures a clean, dry, and uncontaminated airflow, while specially designed pump chambers and the integrated muffler deliver a smooth, virtually pulsation-free air supply.

The SLL, EL, and JDK series are weatherproof and rain-resistant. However, units should not be exposed directly to sunlight, heavy rain, or snow.

Universal Service Kits

Service kits are available for all model series. Each kit is vacuum-sealed in aluminium foil to maximise shelf life and maintain component quality during storage.
