Charles Austen recommends that all air pumps and systems are serviced annually. Although the air pump carries a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, diaphragms, valves and filters are consumable parts that naturally wear over time and should be replaced during routine servicing to maintain warranty compliance and ensure reliable operation.

Tanks and certain spare parts are shipped directly from our suppliers. We aim to submit supplier orders to the supplier on the same day your order is placed to ensure prompt processing.

In-stock Spare Parts: £8.20 - shipped via DPD on a Tracked Next-Day service.
Supplier-shipped Spare Parts: £15 - dispatched directly from the supplier.
