Here at Direct Drainage we stock a complete range of grease traps to suit commercial kitchens and restaurants throughout the UK for the management of grease.

It is a UK requirement under the Water Industry to ensure that your commercial premises does not discharge any product into the drain which may interfere with its operation. Drainage serving kitchens in commercial hot food premises should be fitted a BS EN 1825-1:2004 compliant grease separator which should be designed in accordance with BS EN 1825-2:2002 or other effective means of the removal of grease.
