Delivery Charges
All prices include for delivery to site on UK mainland unless otherwise stated.
Please check for deliveries into Cornwall, Mid & Northern Scotland & Isles, IOW & IOM as additional delivery charges may be applicable.
Delivery Access
We generally deliver on our own vehicles, 6mtr sprinters.
However, we do use external hauliers who may deliver on larger vehicles.
Please ensure, if there are any site restrictions e.g. restricted access, specific time frames for deliveries, that we are informed when delivery date is confirmed.
Off-Loading
Off-loading by the customer unless agreed otherwise. Tanks 1500L-7500L are generally strapped to a pallet for forklift off-load, slings can also be used. Larger tanks - forklift off-load (subject to tank length), slings can also be used.
Please ensure site has offload facilities on the advised delivery date.
Moffit off-loading can be arranged at additional cost, please request details.
Re-Scheduling Delivery Date
A minimum 48 hours’ notice before specified delivery date is required to cancel and reschedule the delivery.
Otherwise, charges may apply.
Date & Time Of Delivery
Delivery lead time is 5-7 working days from receipt of payment on all orders unless otherwise advised.
We will email you confirmation of delivery date.
Delivery by Graf UK will arrive between 7am-5pm.
The delivery driver will call you before arrival to advise ETA.
We cannot advise an ETA, only the driver can advise when he/she calls.
Restocking charge
25% standard restocking charge.
Also transport costs for the original delivery would be deducted + collection cost.
Any credit would be subject to QA approval that the returned goods are in re-saleable condition.
