How will my order be packaged?

At Direct Drainage, we are committed to recycling packaging and packing materials wherever possible. We receive regular stock deliveries of spare parts, and keep all boxes, bubble wrap and packing materials for re-use.

Any new packaging we purchase is designed to be as eco-friendly as possible, even down to our bio-degradable bubble wrap!

This may mean that your items arrive in a box that has a different brand marked on it, or other parcel tape underneath our own. Rest assured that your order will still be packaged securely and with care and attention. You can just enjoy peace of mind that you’re contributing to our efforts to reduce, re-use and recycle!

We will order any items we do not have in stock direct from our supplier, this means your order may not arrive within one package.
